Buildup.co, under new management, engaged to provide a technical roadmap and software development support. As a fractional CTO, I lead the development of a new roadmap to upgrade the existing iOS and Android applications as well as a new back-end API. Staffed a small team of 5 outsourced, overseas engineers to take over the development activities and continue servicing the customers.
